Just wanted to say THANKS to our troops out there serving and retired.  We would not be who we are with out you!

We had a low key Memorial Day, nothing special, just yummy hamburgers for us and sweet potatoes for Jake!

So, I have to explain our cake.

My mother bought me a cake pan in the shape of a giant sandwich!!  So, it really looks like a sandwich!  It has jell-O, fruit, and whipped cream in the middle!
